How can I obtain a BasicGrey® catalog?
If you are licensed wholesaler you can log into your account and request a catalog. You may log into your account and select the Catalog Request option in the menu on the left hand side. You may also contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling (801)544-1116 or by email at info@basicgrey.com, We do not offer a consumer catalog.

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?
This is not an option, and the shopping cart is limited to applying one coupon per order placed.
What are Cookies and what setting do I need to access BasicGrey®?
Cookies are a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a Web Page server. It is essentially your identification card, and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. This option will need to be enabled to access our site.

I would like to design for BasicGrey®. Do you have a design team?
BasicGrey® does not have an official design team, but rather a small group of talented women who provide amazing artwork for our newsletters, trade show booths, catalogs and magazines. If you are interested in submitting a sampling of your work, please email info@basicgrey.com.
May I sell projects that I made using BasicGrey® products?
The short answer is “yes,” but please read our Angel Policy to avoid any copyright infringement.
Can I order product directly from BasicGrey®?

If you are not finding the information that you are looking for you may contact a Customer Services Specialist by calling (801)544-1116 or by email at info@basicgrey.com for assistance.
Do you offer designer samples?
While BasicGrey® does not often offer designer or promotional samples on a regular basis, we are willing to consider providing samples to designers from time to time. For more information on promotional samples, please fill out completely the Donation Request Form and fax or email to BasicGrey®. While we are unable to fulfill every request we receive, we will contact you in the event that your donation request is approved.

How do I locate digital files that I downloaded on my PC or Mac?
Most internet browsers will ask you where you would like to save the files when you start the download. It’s easier to find things later if you create a special folder on your computer to save all your digital scrapbooking kits and files. Just select this folder when you download.
However, if you have already downloaded files and did not specify a location or folder on your computer, here are some tips to help you find your files:

If you’re using Mac OS 10.4 or below, all files downloaded from an internet browser are saved to your desktop.
If you’re using Mac OS 10.5 or above, all files downloaded from an internet browser are saved in your downloads folder in your dock, or the following location users/YOURUSERNAME/Downloads/

I can't view any of the videos in BG TV. What's wrong with my computer?
There might be a number of issues that prevent you from viewing BG TV videos. Most likely, you only need to update the Flash Player on your computer. Click here to get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

How does “free shipping” work?
When a promotion is extended a coupon is created with a promotion code that would need to be entered in the Coupons area of the order upon checkout. You can always contact a Customer Services Specialist by calling (801) 544-1116 or by email at info@basicgrey.com for assistance.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
You have the option during the check out process to enter an alternate delivery address. Please contact a Customer Services Specialist by calling (801)544-1116 or by email at info@basicgrey.com for assistance.
How do I know if my order went through?
When you select the “Place Order” button once your order is finished you will see a receipt that will have a copy of the order placed and the details. An auto-generated email will be sent to you at this point with the same information. You will be able to log out or navigate away from this page without any information being lost, as your order will be final.
You will be sent an email with this information and another again once it ships. You have the option to log in to check the status of your order (and access shipping and tracking information) 24 hours a day, seven days a week online.
What is a “coupon code” and how do I get one?
When a promotion is extended a coupon is created and emailed or mailed with a coupon or promotion code that would need to be entered in the Coupons area of the order upon checkout. Can I still order if I am an International Customer?
Absolutely! All you need to do is create an account online at www.basicgrey.com.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You can log into your account an select the History option in the left hand menu and this will be pull all order history with the status of the order as well.
What happens if an item I ordered is found to be out of stock?
During the check out process you will be prompted on how you would prefer to have the cart handled based on several options. These options are based on availability.
I lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
On the login screen at www.basicgrey.com you will find a link called "Forgot Password" under the password field. Select this and you will be prompted to provide your user name (email address) and a new password will be generated and emailed to the address provided.
How do I change my e-mail address?
When logged into your account you have the option in the Account Profile screen to change or update your email address. Please keep in mind that this will also be an update to the user name that is used to log into the account. How do I log in?
