When is my credit card charged?
At the time that the order is placed.
I need my order by a certain time period, what are my options?

How do I know if my order went through?
When you select the “Place Order” button once your order is finished you will see a receipt that will have a copy of the order placed and the details. An auto-generated email will be sent to you at this point with the same information. You will be able to log out or navigate away from this page without any information being lost, as your order will be final.
You will be sent an email with this information and another again once it ships. You have the option to log in to check the status of your order (and access shipping and tracking information) 24 hours a day, seven days a week online.
How secure is www.basicgrey.com?

Can I purchase fabric in yardage?
BasicGrey® only offers the pre-cut packs available for sale.
- Fat quarter pack (AB) bundle of 40 skus pre-cut to 18”x20”
- Dessert roll (DR) roll of 10 strips pre-cut to 5”x45”
- Honey bun (HB) 1 ½” x 45” strips
- Jelly roll (JR) 2 ½” x 45” strips

- Charm pack (PP) 5”x5” sqaures
- Turnover (TO) 80 pre-cut 6” triangle pieces

BasicGrey® does not have a fabric catalog, please contact Moda fabrics or refer to our website for more pictures and description.

Do you offer fabric samples?
While BasicGrey does not often offer designer or promotional samples on a regular basis, we are willing to consider providing samples to designers from time to time. For more information on promotional samples, please fill out completely the Donation Request Form and fax or email to BasicGrey. While we are unable to fulfill every request we receive, we will contact you in the event that your donation request is approved.

How does “free shipping” work?
When a promotion is extended a coupon is created with a promotion code that would need to be entered in the Coupons area of the order upon checkout. You can always contact a Customer Services Specialist by calling (801) 544-1116 or by email at info@basicgrey.com for assistance.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
