How do I know if my order went through?

When you select the “Place Order” button once your order is finished you will see a receipt that will have a copy of the order placed and the details. An auto-generated email will be sent to you at this point with the same information. You will be able to log out or navigate away from this page without any information being lost, as your order will be final.

You will be sent an email with this information and another again once it ships. You have the option to log in to check the status of your order (and access shipping and tracking information) 24 hours a day, seven days a week online.

The BasicGrey® office is not open to the public, and the option for pickup of an order is not available.

How can I obtain a BasicGrey® catalog?

If you are licensed wholesaler you can log into your account and request a catalog. You may log into your account and select the Catalog Request option in the menu on the left hand side. You may also contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling (801)544-1116 or by email at info@basicgrey.com, We do not offer a consumer catalog.

How does “free shipping” work?

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

If your order is $75 or more, in the continental United States, you qualify for FREE shipping. Only available when selecting UPS Ground shipping. If your an international customer all orders over $75 will qualify you for a 5% discount. 

What is Flat Rate Shipping?

A flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all orders shipping within the continental United States.
